The platform functions as a technological intermediary enabling multiple investors to participate in real estate projects with accessible contributions.
3. Eligibility
To use our investment services, you must: be over 18 years of age; have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Dominican Republic; provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information; and not be subject to legal restrictions preventing you from participating in investment activities. The informational site is accessible to anyone, but participation in investment projects is subject to identity verification and regulatory compliance.
4. Registration and Accounts
To participate in investment projects, you must create an account providing verifiable personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities conducted from your account. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the National District of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
